HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On April 3, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. These dockets have been settled, and petitioner will file a motion to dismiss
when payment is received. Payment is not expected for another four or five months. If the
motion to dismiss is not filed by the end of September, 2006, the hearing officer will set a status
conference.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
