HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 30, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent may require an additional six months to review
modifications to the operating permits.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on September 28, 2006. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline for this case is currently January 14, 2007.
