On March 27, 2006, the respondent Village of New Lenox (Village), informed the
hearing officer and the parties that it will not be presenting any witnesses at the hearing
scheduled for March 30, 2006. To that end, the second pre-hearing telephonic conference that
was scheduled for March 28, 2006, was cancelled.
