HEARING OFFICER ORDER
The parties are hereby notified that the above-captioned matter has been assigned
to the hearing officer identified below. From this date forward, any document filed with
the Clerk of the Board must also be served individually on the hearing officer.
Due to an administrative oversight, the decision deadline is June 21, 2006, the

th
day after the February 21, 2006, filing of petitioner’s amended petition, not May 13,
2006, as reflected in the Board’s March 2, 2006, order. The Board meeting immediately
before the decision deadline is scheduled for June 15, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
pre-hearing conference with the hearing officer on March 29, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic pre-hearing conference must be initiated by the petitioner, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing.
