HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 23, 2006, a telephonic status conference was held. Respondent was unable to
appear due to a scheduling conflict. The complainant represented that the parties have made
significant progress in a possible resolution in this matter and that one of the issues that remain is
a payment schedule.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on April 13, 2006, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
