HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 23, 2006, all parties participated in a pre-hearing telephonic conference. The
petitioners represented that they will not present any witnesses at the hearing scheduled for
March 30, 2006. Respondent Illinois Environmental Protection Agency also represented that
will not present any witnesses at the hearing. Respondent Village of New Lenox (Village),
however, will make its decision at a second pre-hearing telephonic conference at the date and
time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic pre-
hearing conference with the hearing officer on March 28, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The Village
represented that it will secure a call-in number and inform the hearing officer and the respective
parties of the number prior to the conference call. At the conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
