HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 9, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. Over objection, respondent’s motion for extension of time to answer the
complaint and file a response to complainant’s motion to deem facts admitted was granted.
On March 16, 2006, the parties submitted a proposed discovery schedule and is accepted
to the extent as follows. Written discovery must be served on or before May 1, 2006. Responses
to the written discovery must be served on or before June 9, 2006. Depositions must be
scheduled and completed on or before July 28, 2006. All supplemental discovery must be served
on or before August 11, 2006. All discovery must be completed on or before August 25, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on May 11, 2006, at 11:00 a.m. The telephonic status
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
