HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 20, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement. Complainant’s attorney will
soon send the proposal to respondent’s attorney to discuss with his client.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 22, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
