    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 20, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney did not appear, but another attorney from his firm
    subsequently contacted the hearing officer. Complainant plans to file an amended complaint
    within the next 60 days. On a procedural matter, complainant requested service by mail delivery
    instead of electronic service. Respondent stated that the discovery documents were served by
    both methods, and that complainant should soon receive the mailed items.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on June 19, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
