HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 16, 2006, the parties were schedule to participate in a telephone status
conference. The hearing officer was absent due to a family illness. As last reported,
respondent’s attorney was still waiting to hear back from respondent regarding the latest
draft of the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 17, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the People.
