HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 13, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. A hearing was set for April 12, 2006 in Champaign, Champaign
County. Although the facility is located in Paxton, Ford County, the courthouse could
not confirm a room this far in advance, and the city hall is not available for outside use.
Petitioner, whose attorney is located in Champaign, approved the Champaign location.
Champaign is about 20 miles from Paxton. The parties will contact the hearing officer if
any issues arise.
The decision deadline is June 15, 2006.
