On March 14, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. On February 15, 2006, complainant
filed a motion for summary judgment. Respondent is not expected to file a response.
If needed, the hearing officer will set another status conference in this case after
the Board rules on the motion for summary judgment.
