The Board accepted for hearing the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s (IEPA) January
19, 2006 proposal to amend the Board’s air pollution control regulations. The Board also granted
of petitioner’s request to waive filing requirements, but directed the IEPA to file additional
copies of certain documents.
