Control Board's deadline for final action in this matter for a period of five (5) months,
i .e.,
until November 27, 2006
. In support Petitioner states :

The above-captioned permit appeal was filed with the Board on or about July
7, 2005
. The permit appeal was taken from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency's
(IEPA's) partial denial of application for closure permit for the Watts Landfill located in
Rock Island County, Illinois
. The current decision deadline is June 27, 2006 .

Because of the specified grounds for the appeal, petitioner has requested
informal discovery of the standards upon which the Agency based its actions and upon the
standards used to act upon other applications of a similar nature on or before the Agency'
action in this matter and the Agency, through its then attorney John Kim, agreed to provide
same but has not yet responded

This discovery will require additional time to request and complete
