HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 13, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The inspector found a few more items to be removed, and the parties
continue to discuss settlement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 24, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
