HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 9, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant plans to file a motion to dismiss respondents’ appeal of the hearing
officer order dated February 8, 2006. Discovery has been stayed pending the Board’s ruling on
that appeal. As a procedural matter, respondents are directed to add complainant’s attorney,
Michael Partee, to the service list for all documents filed in this case. The hearing officer will set
another status conference in this case when the Board rules on the parties’ motions.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
