HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 8, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The likelihood of settlement cannot be determined until record is filed.
Petitioner agreed to file a 90-day waiver of the decision deadline within the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 15, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently July 6, 2006.
