    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 9, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Petitioner is accepting respondent’s settlement offer, and will file a motion to
    dismiss when payment is received. Petitioner agreed to file a 90-day waiver of the decision
    deadline within the next seven days.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 2:00 p.m. on May 15, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
     
    The decision deadline is currently June 15, 2006.
