    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On March 7, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney will discuss the proposed settlement language
    with respondent, and then will discuss the language further with complainant.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on June 6, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the complainant.
