HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 7, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent has approved the closure plan, and petitioner will file a
motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter within the next week. If the motion to dismiss
is not received by April 7, 2006, the hearing officer will schedule another status
conference.
The decision deadline is currently August 17, 2006.
