HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On March 1, 2006, complainants’ attorney contacted the hearing officer to request
a second extension of time until April 6, 2006 to file complainants’ post-hearing brief.
According to complainants’ attorney, respondent does not object. Accordingly, the
request is granted. Complainants’ brief is due by April 6, 2006, respondent’s brief is due
by May 25, 2006, and complainants’ reply, if any, is due by June 15, 2006.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
