ORDER OF THE BOARD (by T.E. Johnson):
This matter is before the Board on a petition filed by Wiseman/PJ’s Shortstop to review a
September 29, 2004 determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
At issue is the Agency’s approval, with modifications, of Wiseman/PJ’s Shortstop’s high priority
corrective action plan budget for Wiseman/PJ’s Shortstop’s leaking underground petroleum
storage tank facility located at Illinois Route 1 and U.S. Highway 36, Chrisman, Edgar County.
On February 7, 2006, Wiseman/PJ’s Shortstop filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss its
appeal. In the motion, Wiseman/PJ’s Shortstop asserts that the matters for which the petition
was filed have been fully compromised and settled. Wiseman/PJ’s Shortstop requests that the
petition be dismissed with prejudice. The motion is granted. The Board hereby dismisses the
    petition, and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the Board
adopted the above order on February 16, 2006, by a vote of 4-0.
    Dorothy M. Gunn, Clerk
    Illinois Pollution Control Board
