HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties are waiting for the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency to review a draft proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 1, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
