HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. By agreement of the parties, the deadline for respondents’
answers to the complaint is extended to March 27, 2006. At the next status conference,
the parties will discuss a proposed discovery schedule.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on April 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainants.
