HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 23, 2006, a telephonic pre-hearing conference was held. The
respondent informed the hearing officer that it would not be able to appear at the
scheduled hearing on March 2, 2006, due to a conflict. The respondent made an oral
motion to cancel the scheduled hearing and reschedule. The complainant had no
objection. To that end, the hearing is cancelled. A new hearing date was tentatively
scheduled for April 20, 2006. Confirmation will be noted in a forthcoming notice of
hearing.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
pre-hearing conference with the hearing officer on April 13, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance.
