HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 27, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties will not be taking any further action until the Board
rules on respondent Harrison’s motion for summary judgment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 30, 2006. The call shall be initiated by the
complainant, and both the complainant and the hearing officer will call the respondents’
attorneys.
