    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 24, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative settlement agreement, and requested
    cancellation of the hearing set for February 28, 2006. The parties do not expect any problems
    with the settlement agreement, but requested that a hearing be set for March 27, 2006. The
    hearing officer granted the requests. Respondent Prairie State Generating Company agreed to
    waive the decision deadline to June 15, 2006.
     
    If the petitioners file motions to dismiss by March 23, 2006, the hearing will be cancelled
    with no further notice. If the motions to dismiss are not filed by March 23, 2006, the parties
    shall contact the hearing officer no later than March 24, 2006 to discuss the status of these
    dockets.
     
    The decision deadline is currently May 4, 2006.
