HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 1, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The hearing officer raised the issue of whether the hearing should be held in St.
Clair county (where Marissa is located) or Washington county (which is the county named in the
permit). The parties agreed to a hearing in Washington county on February 28, 2006.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:30 a.m. on February 23, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioners.
The decision deadline is May 4, 2006.
