HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 21, 2006, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, petitioner has
submitted additional information and is waiting for the final approval letter from respondent.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:30 a.m. on March 21, 2006 . The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
