HEARING OFFICER ORDER
It is unclear whether the last hearing officer order was sent to the parties, so it is
now being refiled. On January 5, 2006 , the parties participated in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Complainant is planning to meet with the Illinois
Environmental Protection Agency to discuss a possible reduction of the amount claimed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on April 4, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
the complainant.
