HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 15, 2006, petitioner contacted the hearing officer to report that the parties
had reached a settlement agreement. Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline,
and requested cancellation of the hearing set for February 22, 2006. The hearing is cancelled.
If petitioner does not file a motion to voluntarily dismiss by May 16, 2006, the hearing officer
will set this matter for a telephone status conference.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
