HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 16, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney of record has been reassigned, and respondent has not yet
appointed a new attorney. Petitioner may file a motion for reconsideration of the Board’s order
issued on February 2, 2006, and agreed to file a 90-day waiver of the decision deadline within
the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:15 a.m. on April 18, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently June 1, 2006.
