HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 9, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties represented that the stipulation and proposal for
settlement (stipulation), is completed and that it will be filed upon completion of the
bankruptcy proceedings. Respondent anticipates that the bankruptcy proceedings will be
completed in the near future. To that end, it was agreed that respondent’s answer is now
due to be filed on or before April 28, 2006.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on April 6, 2006, at 1:30 p.m. The telephonic
status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be
prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, a stipulation is filed prior to the next status conference, the
conference will be cancelled without further order.
