    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 16, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
    hearing officer. The petitioner’s attorney represented that it has been discussing the draft
    petition with its client and will forward the petition to the respondent for its review when
    completed. The attorney represented that the recent exodus of three associates has complicated
    matters.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
    officer on March 23, 2006, at 9:30 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner,
    but each party nonetheless is responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
    parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
    for hearing.
