    HEARING OFFICER ORDER

On February 16, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference. The
complainant represented that settlement discussions have been renewed and that it appears that
all parties are fairly optimistic that a settlement will be reached negating the necessity of a
hearing. To that end, the parties requested that the discovery scheduled be stayed. The parties’
    request is granted.

The complainant represented that it anticipates that it will file a response to respondent
Murphy Farms, Inc.’s amended affirmative defense, filed October 31, 2005.

The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on April 20, 2006, at 11:45 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the
complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status
conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and
    their readiness for hearing.

    IT IS SO ORDERED.
