HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 9, 2006, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. The petitioner represented that it has forwarded a corrective action report to the
respondent for review. If a no further remediation letter is issued, the petitioner represented that
it will file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephonic status conference with the hearing
officer on April 6, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. The status conference must be initiated by the petitioner,
but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference, the
parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness
for hearing.
