HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 10, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. There has been significant progress on remediation issues, and the parties are
discussing penalty amounts.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 10, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
