ERRATA SHEET NUMBER 3
NOW COMES the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency ("Agency") through
one of its attorneys, Kimberly Geving, and submits this ERRATA SHEET NUMBER 3
to the Illinois Pollution Control Board ("Board") and the participants listed on the Service
List. Larry Eastep and Tom Hornshaw will testify in support of these changes at the
March 1, 2006 hearing .

listed in Appendix A, Table F as affecting the same target
organ/organ system as the contaminant(s) of concern
detected from Appendix A, Table 114, does not exceed 1 in
