    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 9, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents did not appear. Complainant has not heard from either respondent,
    and is taking steps to resolve this matter without hearing.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 10:00 a.m. on May 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
