HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 7, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are working on language for the settlement agreement, and will
discuss the language with the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on March 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
