    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 7, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are discussing the possibility of settlement, and respondents are
    working with engineers to determine the best manner in which to resolve problems at the site.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
