    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 7, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. Respondents are sending additional information to complainant in support of
    their claim that this matter involves a single site. The parties will attempt to resolve this issue
    before setting the matter for hearing.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 9, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
