HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 7, 2006, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are awaiting the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s
signature on the proposed settlement agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 8, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
If the proposed settlement agreement is filed before May 8, 2006, the status conference will be
cancelled with no further notice.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
