HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On February 7, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent has conducted some field work, and the technical unit continues to
work on permit issues. The parties may soon schedule a meeting.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 18, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
