    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On February 2, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Petitioner submitted the test results to
    respondent’s technical unit, and continues to work with respondent to resolve outstanding
    issues. Petitioner is optimistic that the language for the proposed permit will be finalized
    in the near future.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on March 23, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated
    by the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline.
