    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
     
    On February 2, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. The parties’ attorneys are still waiting for Mr. Walker to return the
    signed stipulation and settlement agreement, and hope that this matter will be resolved
    before the next status conference.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on May 1, 2006. The telephone status conference will be
    initiated by the complainant.
