    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 31, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. On December 30, 2005, respondent filed a motion to dismiss. Although
    respondent’s motion was served on complainant, complainant’s attorney did not receive the
    motion until last week. Complainant requested an extension of time to file its response, and
    respondent did not object. Complainant’s response is due by February 14, 2006. The parties
    continue to explore the possibility of settlement.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on April 3, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
