    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 31, 2006, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer. The parties are close to settlement, and agree that the deadline for respondent’s
    answer to the complaint is extended until such time as it appears that a hearing will be necessary.
     
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
    officer at 11:00 a.m. on February 27, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the
    complainant.
