hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney was absent due to illness. The parties continue to
exchange written discovery documents.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on April 7, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by the complainant.
