    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
     
    On January 31, 2006, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
    the hearing officer. The parties continue to anticipate changes at the facility soon that
    will eliminate the need for this appeal.
      
    The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
    hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on May 30, 2006. The status conference shall be initiated by
    the petitioner.
     
    Petitioner has filed an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline for this case.
